A complete breakdown of the support channels inside the Melbet App, their average response times and a practical map of which channel works best for which problem. Issue Resolution Flow
Start with the password reset link. If that fails, verify your account identity via live chat. If an unknown session appears, activate 2FA immediately.
Check your KYC status first. Per-method withdrawal times and limits are listed on a separate page. If a document is missing, upload it under Profile > Documents. If everything is complete, open a dispute in live chat quoting your request number.
Verify the minimum deposit amount on the promotion terms page. If the condition is met, send the deposit reference number to live chat.
Note your device, OS version and the last action before the crash. Share it in live chat; you may be asked to send a log file.
Independent Appeal Route
If the four-step process with the operator has been completed without a resolution, you can turn to the independent appeal mechanism of the Curaçao licensing authority. The appeal must be written in English, with all correspondence attached as PDFs. The CGCB review takes about 14 business days on average and its decision is binding. This mechanism covers only disputes that fall within the scope of the licence.
When you connect to live chat, state your account ID and request type in the first message so the chat is routed to the right team straight away. This small habit shaves about a minute off the average response time.
