User Agreement and Terms
This page summarises the general conduct rules expected of users who open an account and play in the Melbet App, the operator's service commitments and the framework of mutual responsibility. The headings here do not replace the operator's official terms; always check the current master document for the exact clause you need.
Core Membership Terms
You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts found to belong to minors after registration are closed; the balance is returned to the legal guardian as the law requires.
One user may open only one account per identity. When multiple accounts are detected, the extra accounts are closed and bonus winnings are voided.
The KYC process must be completed before any withdrawal request. You submit an ID card, proof of address and, where required, a document tied to the payment method.
Name, surname, date of birth and contact details must be real and up to date. Incorrect details can block withdrawal approval.
The account may be used only by its verified owner. Password sharing, account transfer and playing on behalf of a third party are prohibited.
The service operates under a Curaçao licence. Each user is personally responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
Fair Bonus Use Rules
The welcome bonus and time-limited promotions are subject to specific fair-use conditions. Breaching them leads to bonus cancellation and confiscation of any winnings derived from the bonus.
- Low-risk bet manipulation: Covering both outcomes to farm wagering progress (e.g. two opposing bets at odds above 1.4) is prohibited.
- Withdrawal before wagering: If a withdrawal is opened before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance is reset; the main balance is unaffected.
- Maximum single bet: While a bonus is active, a single bet slip is capped at $5. Higher single bets do not count towards wagering.
- Restricted game list: Some high-RTP slots do not contribute to bonus wagering; the up-to-date list is on the terms page.

Dispute and Appeal Framework
In case of a dispute over an account, withdrawal or bonus, the escalation path has four steps. The first three run with the operator; the final step goes to the independent licensor. Following the sequence exactly is critical for the fastest possible resolution.
- 24/7 live chat — the first step, where most transaction requests are resolved within 5-10 minutes.
- E-mail request — the formal written channel for cases chat cannot resolve.
- Escalation — a Manager Review request, concluded within 5 business days.
- Licensor complaint — an independent appeal filed with the Curaçao licensing authority.
